The content of each workshop:
- Provides a mix of
underpinning concepts, case study material and practical application
activities to accelerate learning;
- Is supported by a workbook
containing detailed briefing notes so that the lessons learned can be
more easily applied back at the workplace. (Supporting
material also includes electronic copies of the workbook)
- Includes activities so that
participants can develop a practical implementation road map based on
quarterly action learning projects.
- Integrates
with other workshop materials so that the outputs from the workshops
can be combined into a customised lean transformation road map.

Each workshop is led by experienced change agents and implementers who can answer participant’s specific issues.
